Court of Appeal Kumasi Rules in Favour of Japekrom – July 2012

On 27^thJuly 2012 the Court of Appeal in Kumasi declared the Japekrom Stool the Allodial owners of New Drobo;

At best Drobo’s interest in the area it occupies at new Drobo is that of a licensee and as a licensee Drobo cannot dispose off or grant any land without the permission or consent of the licensor in this case Japekrom.
