AKUFO – ADDO APPOINTS FAUSTINA AGYEIWAA KODUA AS CID BOSS

Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) Faustina Agyeiwaa Kodua Andoh-Kwofie, the first woman to lead the prominent Intelligence Department of the Ghana Police Service, has been named Director General of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).

Isaac Ken Yeboah, a retired COP, is replaced by her according to my Joy Online.

At a ceremony given in his honor at the National Police Training School in Accra on September 22, 2022, Isaac Ken Yeboah was officially retired from active duty.

This came when he reached the mandatory retirement age of 60, having worked as a police officer for 30 years, 9 months, and 22 days.
The Inspector-General of Police, George Akuffo Dampare, as well as past IGPs David Asante-Apeatu and Patrick Acheampong, former COPs, and top police officers were present.
